ShubhRishta provides structured matrimonial matchmaking services through profile registration, verification, matching, introductions and related online services.
1. Groom Registration Fee
The Groom Registration Fee is ₹1,000 and provides access to the ShubhRishta matchmaking service for a validity period of 90 days from the date of registration.
The Groom Registration Fee is non-refundable.
2. Bride Registration
Bride registration is free of charge and is valid for 90 days from the date of registration.
3. Online Meeting Fee
The Online Meeting Fee is ₹3,100 per scheduled meeting.
Once an online meeting has been scheduled, the applicable meeting fee is non-refundable, including in cases where the meeting is cancelled, not attended, or does not result in further communication or a relationship.
4. Success Fee
The applicable Success Fee is:
- Groom: ₹75,000
- Bride: ₹25,000
The Success Fee becomes applicable when both families confirm Roka/Engagement as per the applicable ShubhRishta terms.
Once the Success Fee becomes applicable and is paid, it is non-refundable.
5. No Refund for Unsuccessful Matchmaking
ShubhRishta does not guarantee a suitable match, introduction, relationship, engagement or marriage.
Therefore, the absence of a suitable match, meeting, relationship or marriage during the applicable service period does not create any right to a refund.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation of registration or any paid service does not make the applicable paid fee refundable.
All paid service fees are non-refundable, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of ShubhRishta.
